Explain the bug detailed to us : When u kill mobs sometimes it only give 1/100 of its exp e.g. jr balrog gives 220,000 but it only gave 2200

It's not only the exp., but the meso rate as well. I'm getting much less money than I should be getting.

When you rebirth this can happen in the first map where you kill mobs. They won't give the server rates but the regular rates. Just re-enter the map and you will get high exp again.
