Neg ap bug

Explain the bug detailed to us : everytime i @rebirth go to lvl up again, i get the exp bug of 1/100 less exp and all my ap become neg, this is starting to irritate me cuz i have to spend 5mill everytime i fix it and ive experienced it 10times+ already. This happens everytime after i rebirth, hence its stopping me from getting rbs
